Description:
After a stopgap effort had been put in place to create and (attempt to) enforce guidelines for product marketing content on the website, it was clear that there were still inefficiencies in delivering a growing array of marketing and technical content across multiple, digital channels. Further, the inefficiencies were resulting in a poor user experience in terms of content findability and quality.
Having been charged with overseeing the stopgap guidelines, I decided to take the next step and start working with leadership from the product marketing and web technology teams to promote the adoption of a deliberate and structured approach to content development and delivery.
Collaborators:
web technology team management, product marketing leadership, technical information manager, IT systems architect, content owners and administrators
